The Beach House

Built in 2007, this home combines all the character and charm of the classic beach cottage with contemporary comforts, all set in one of the premier oceanfront locations on the entire east coast.
One of the first things you'll notice in this house is that it looks like the traditional beach cottage you went to as a kid. Expansive decks, open space, and a lot of woodwork, including cypress walls and reclaimed heart of pine. It has a classic look, but it is all new in livability and quality.
But the "knock your socks off" element is outside, the panoramic ocean view that you can enjoy from most any room in the house or from one of the two ocean decks. (see ocean and marsh views below).
